Heaven for lamb/mutton lovers. The authentic taste and flavour of dumba karhai and mutton boti are out of this world.It is not recommended for families as it is mainly a truck adda sort of dhaba. However, you can order and eat in your car.The boys are well trained, and service was exemplary to my surprise. They have various variety of lamb/mutton, but the shinwari karhai and mutton boti were classic.Authentic lamb experience in Karachi

Authentic shinwari food. Dumba Namkeen Boti, Rosh and pata tikka are to die for. As a surprise they serve best daal fry.

If you're looking for one of the best BBQ lamb in Karachi, this spot is a must-visit. The BBQ Lamb (Namkeen Dumba) is cooked slowly over coals, seasoned with just salt and its own fat (chakki), letting you experience the pure, natural flavor of the meat.For a more complete meal, you can also order Lamb Karhai or Mutton Rosh on the side to enjoy with naan. Would highly recommend trying at least once.

Wow..it all starts with a wow...what an amazing place to enjoy Lamb Rosh. No one in Karachi makes it better the Spinghar. Their variety of food includes Pata dana which is lamb fat roled over liver pcs. And grilled over burning charcoal. What a flavour it is !!!. Karahi is also good...finishing the meal with a hot cup of traditional green tea (kehva) with some sweets on the side in summers and desi gurr in winters.
